Gavin, ask yourself this question. What are you more afraid of, a giant murderous demon or me?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

“Not dead yet!”

I know Toddson-- I'm just worried because when they were bringing the upstairs unit into the house, they left the door standing open and I was shut in the back bedroom with the dogs. When I asked Lewis if he'd told them about the cat or if he'd shut the cat away in one of the kids' bedrooms he kind of looked at me blankly.

Can't totally blame him- this is the least curious cat on the planet and he knows where his food's at, but still... I worry.

ETA: Okay, found him. He's hiding in Lewis' closet. This is a good place to hide. He can stay there all day for all I care.

He's hiding in Lewis' closet. This is a good place to hide.

You could join him.

Thanks sj. Well, I feel mildly better, if sore, after doing the insta-migraine hurling. I don't think I popped anything.

And I'm happy because ESPN2 is showing the Indians at the Rangers and they're using the Indians broadcast feed, so it feels just right that I should be hearing Rick Manning and Matt Underwood calling a game on Opening Day.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

Office-mate just left 10 minutes ago to go to that game. He was like "huh, how much of the game will I miss". Well, when I went last season, it took close to an hour to get parking, soooo... 1/2 the game between traffic and parking. Crazy boy. If you have baseball tickets. Call in sick!

Unless you drive a Lexus and then the stadium has special parking.

Oh, ouch! Cliff Lee just took a stinger on his pitching arm. Looked like it was on his elbow but it was more on his forearm. Seems okay, but he just gave up a double.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Happy Birthdays, Amy and Annabel!

And I'll save my sports comments for tonight's NCAA men's basketball final, as a good UNC alum should.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

Late last night I learned that Tagament and Pepcid are anti- histamines . I also learned that if I am awake after 2am with no alchol or party, I 'll do a shoft shoe routine when in that wired/ tired state.

The Dentist called yesterday - put DH on an antibiotic and vicodin. He had an allergic reaction.

The good news - The steroid seems to have calmed down what was going on with his tooth. So the tooth is sound, so it stays.

The bad news -- He annoyed me enough at 4am ( he sent an email to work when we got home) - that I maybe slept an hour an a half. He may actually begin to understand that I really do think EVERONE should die when I haven't slept.

He didn't even admire my soft shoe in the ER. He was sleeping by that time.

At least he seems ok today. His eyelids are still a little swollen. But he's at work.

I'm thinking he might need an epipen. If he has an allergic reaction, he doesn't do it half way.
