Spike: We got a history, him and me. Fred: What? Spike: It was a long time ago. He was a young Watcher, fresh out of the academy when we crossed paths. It was a, what-you-call battle of wills and blood was spilled. Vendettas were sworn. It was a whole-- Fred: My God you're so full of crap. Spike: Yeah. Okay.

'Unleashed'

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Compassionately intolerant

Oooh. I like that.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I like the Nashville Hits but I am also partial to Catfish.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

My mother, who was born and raised in Nashville, has always rejected "Music City" in favor of "Athens of the South." She has a rant.

What about the Nashville Sessions? Nashville does have a AAA team, the Nashville Sounds.

The iris and the walking horse are the only symbols that really have much emotional resonance. There are a lot of songs like the Tennessee Waltz, When It's Iris Time Way Down in Tennessee and Rocky Top, the latter marred by its association with the evil Big Orange.

Also: Grand Old Opry, Music Row, WSM Radio (We Shield Millions, originally sponsored by National Life & Casualty), Maxwell House hotel, Cumberland River, Natchez Trace

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

So if Nashville, TN is the Athens of the south, what does that make Athens, GA?

It looks like I missed a bunch of things here. ((((Aims, P-C & Hec)))).

We've had quite a time here in the last few weeks ourselves.

“Not dead yet!”

Rocky Top, the latter marred by its association with the evil Big Orange.

Yeah-- it's one BIG reason to stay away from Volunteer ANYTHING.

Nashville Tracers/Trackers (based on Natchez Trace?)

Mostly lurking...

I am MADLY in love with my SIL's birthday present. I actually even finished it on time. And now I think I want to keep it!

And, oh, goodness. It's totally not centered. Oops. Maybe I'll be keeping it after all!

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

And, oh, goodness. It's totally not centered.

I totally can't tell... unless you're looking for an excuse to keep it in which case, oh my is it ever askew! Either way I can see why you love it. If I made that with my own two hands I'd have a hard time giving it away.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I agree with Laga. I couldn't tell until you said something.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

vw, very pretty!

Nashville Picks (as in guitar picks).

Gronk. I just woke up from a 3 hour nap. The wedding Saturday was wonderful! The bride was gorgeous and her husband seems like a sweetheart. Sunday brunch with the family was yummy, although it sadly lacked challah bread and challah bread french toast.
