I am really craving mac and cheese. There's a vegan restaurant that has a decent version. I'm not sure I feel like taking the bus all the way up there, though.

The boxed one might not be very tasty, but it has a loooong shelf life.
reahsh: the reason I respond to P-C. 1) I have a DH that has to learn not to let his family push the buttons -- and he needed to be around someone that couldn't be pushed ( me) 2) He is learning, if slower than one might hope. It took him a while to even understand that his family might be way over invested in his everyday life.
