Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

My first college (which went bankrupt at the end of my sophomore year) had a really great theater department, which also ran a summer program, which all of us did. The grads of that program are having a reunion next summer in Vermont and I am so looking forward to it. I think it will be fun because it's just us theater geeks.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

What kind of class, sj?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I've avoided all my reunions.

Come to think of it, it's been years since I communicated with someone I graduated with.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

What kind of class, sj?

Either an English or a Psychology class at the local 2 year college. Possibly online or possibly on campus, which is around the corner from where we live.

Sounds convenient and interesting. Worth thinking about, anyway.

I do dread the "so what do you do, now?" questions because I've run out of entertaining ways to say "nothing".

This is what my mother keeps trying to get me to say to people. I don't think I could pull it off right.

Sheesh. Some astronomers.

This was me until Facebook this past year. And ya know, I'm ok with that.
