I do know where the nekkid beach is. I think it's things like the nekkid beach which would have led me to think you weren't allowed to be naked just anywhere. But, yeah, like Vortex said, I wouldn't call the cops unless there was crazy or dangerous going on. I'd just assume they were, you know, naked on purpose.
