[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

I dunno why x2.

1) Why did I wait this long to order.
2) why did I order now, when a) clearly I should be in bed, and b) I'm trying *not* to buy unneeded things to pay off visa bill.

Alas, it is done. Amazon is shipping 2 Ingrid Michaelson discs. I opted for the real deal CD instead of iTunes downloads, as I think I'll want to make sure this music doesn't accidentally crash and burn at some time.

Coding and Sleeping

Have you heard the latest - state senator who was sleeping with his 22 year old intern?

I like how he espouses abstinence before marriage. Now he isn't applying a different standard to himself, he was married at the time. However he does apparently make an exception for people who have sex with him.

didn't say you had to married to EACHOTHER. As long as one of you waited until you were married, all is ok, right?

move out and draw fire

My co-worker forwarded that to me the day it came out. We agreed that it would've been better if it had been a male intern, better if the guy was a US Senator, and best if both those were true.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

What a merry little bean she is! And Sassafrass seems to be adjusting just fine.

Compassionately intolerant

I love those last two photos. It looks like she is saying,"Guys, guys, GUYS, I've got this really funny story I just have to tell you. It's a corker!" And then she proceeds to give that corker smile. How adorable.

And, true, the Sasslass seems to be accepting the new minion. Though that one shot has a 'I'm not so sure about this' quality.

“Not dead yet!”

What a cutie patootie!

And just had a very Not! Exciting! moment in that I just spilled a nearly full Diet Coke over my keyboard. Thankfully, my minions were near and got me paper towels in a hurry, so there seem to be no ill-effects.

I'm cheering myself by listening to the "Birdhouse in Your Soul" recording from the Pushing Daisies soundtrack. Kristen Chenoweth and Ellen Greene sounding ridiculously cheerful is enough to put a body back on an even keel.

It's not so much a "I'm not sure about this" look as a "you woke me up for this?" look.

Poor Sassypup!
