[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Well, there's smart and then there's Type J. And then there's being a kid.

And then there's being a kid who's used to having everything done for her.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

I hate filling out forms, but at least I try to fill them out so that I never have to look at them again.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

What is Type J?

Did you put FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS precisely at several points through the e-mail asking for the information, Vortex? Not that it would have helped, likely, but it might make the whole debacle just slightly more amusing.

Ah, thanks.

Eta: because of the not-seeing?

God forbid I should not understand someone's throwaway quip.

We're at the airport, waiting for our flight. We snagged upgrades to 1st class, wheee!

We kept seeing Gerard Way (from a distance, like across the restaurant) all weekend. NO, I did not go talk to him again, because I wanted to let the poor man have his privacy. Plus, I didn't want to come across as a crazy fangirl.

Had a very productive cooking day. I took the pig's head from the pig roast that I went to, and made a nice stock with the head, carrots, celery, onion, parsley, garlic and bay leaves. I stripped the skin off of the bones, and then fried it until crispy (to use as a crunchy garnish for the soup. I took that out, then strained the stock and then put more onions carrots and celery in the pot with the stock and the split peas.

Is the skull intact? You could put a candle on it. (I was in a haunted house this weekend and have been pondering the convention of skulls as candle holders.)

Ahahahaha! Somehow I really doubt that.

One of the strangest photo ops I was part of over the weekend was when the guy in a Venom (I think) costume decided that he and his friend (who was also in some sort of all-black, face-covering costume) needed a photo with me and the guy dressed up as Captain Jack Sparrow.
