Wait, I have to rethink my answer. Frankly, I kind of stopped reading after the FDR bit. Oddly, my biggest issue with the list is the test thing. most of the other issues are a matter of opinion (hers is wrong, but she has a right to have it) The cheating thing is an integrity issue, and that's either there or not.
