I simply adore the photo of Matilda and Emmett. Such photos are guaranteed to improve the quality of my life on any given day. The thought of so much sibling love and joy is... very healing.

They're made by Food Should Taste Good. They are corn chips. With chocolate embedded. THEY ARE AWESOME.

“Not dead yet!”
We just had early dinner. Leftover shepherd's pie which has aged very nicely in the two days since I made it and cold green beans with caramelized garlic from Whole Foods. Roasted garlic Tuscan bread from Publix.
I feel as if there should be decadent dessert, but we're trying to cut back on desserts and sweets and actually, take out food, since both of us need to lose weight.
