I'm not evil again. Why does everyone think that?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I've been to GA shows where they told you to just tell an usher when you get there and they'd show you to the accessable section. Maybe just not wait in line at all and show up at doors?

I can't do that unfortunately. The concert is general admission and I need to be sure that I actually get a seat.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

The concert is general admission and I need to be sure that I actually get a seat.

Okay, that's just beyond unreasonable. Not that it wasn't to start with, but they're giving you a choice between getting there super early and standing in line extra long to make sure you're near the front, or going later and maybe having to turn around and leave anyway because the seats are taken? I'd call back and escalate the request further up the food chain.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Okay, that's just beyond unreasonable.

And possibly illegal, w/r/t accessibility issues.

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

o_a, i believe the "rule" you are thinking of is no sehx until the 3rd date. There is, AFAIK, no rule on when snogging is appropriate according to Cosmo. Generally "when ya wanna" kinda of thing, as long as both parties are amenable.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I wanna snog right now.

Yeah, there's got to be ADA implications to that.

move out and draw fire

There's a rule that says no sex until the 3rd date? I guess this is why I keep showing up Chaotic.

The concert is general admission and I need to be sure that I actually get a seat.

You know, I'm going to bet that the headlining stars would be aghast at this. If you need to go all the way up the food chain.

I may just lie when I get there and say that someone said I wouldn't have to wait in line, see what happens.

Okay, yeah, the concert venue is violating the ADA by making you wait in line: [link]

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Worth a try. I wouldn't be surprised if whoever you talked to was in fact, wrong, anyway. Every GA show I've been to has, at the very least, let people with mobility issues in first.

That said, I would guess that most of the people who wait in line before the doors open will want to be close to the stage where (I'm assuming) there won't actually be seats, so hopefully it won't be a huge hassle for you.
