Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I guess whining is stupid too. I'll stop.

Ten more days until vacation.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Crying and whining is okay if that's what you need to do, Hil. Sure, it's not how you want to spend your life, but now and then you just gotta.

I hope your vacation is restful and rejuvenating.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

since I just had a coughing/choking/ asthma fit for no reason, I'll join you in the stupid body corner.

I take 9 doses( or is it 10 doses] of drugs every day ( 2 are repeats) . Plus abuteral and ambien CR as needed.

no supplements. C during flu season, when I remember.

a magnesium calcium supplement would be good, esp since low magnesium is seen as possible reasons for things like diabetes and asthma and other systemic diseases. Plus other sleep encouragers would be good.

the last time I tried a multi- vitamin it upset my stomach ( it was for diabetics) a childrens vitamin is a good idea

Our wings are not tired.

Pain is very stupid and I am sorry that you have to deal with it. Yay vacation! fwiw, I never had trouble with getting sand under ace bandages on my ankle.

ION, yes I am still working at this hour. One more installation to go then I am off to bed. I usually work early in the morning, but since it is so very cold I am altering the plan and intend to stay under quilts until much later than usual.

Vacation is Maine. We're renting a house a block from the beach. Swimming, and maybe kayaking, and reading on the beach.

Do they still sell the kind of ace bandage with the clips? I've only seen the sticky kind lately, and I know that that would become a mess.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Pain is stupid; whining is necessary.

Hmmm, I have old ace bandages. Just as often I have used sports tape on my ankle when needed. It doesn't bother my skin like any other kind of bandage. No sticky residue either.

And finally my work is done and I am off to bed. G'night all.

Meds have kicked in enough, I'm going to bed, too.

The last time I tried to take magnesium supplements I got all itchy. It drove me crazy and I had to stop taking them.

I take...two things in the morning (one for the migraines, and Vit B). Four at night, but often five or six (two more migraine preventatives, alpha-lipoic acid (anti oxidant which supposedly helps me not be so tired), allergy pill, and often scrip ibuprofen and muscle relaxant). Several of those are multiple pills each, which is really what gets me. (Oh, and then sometimes taking all those makes me wake up with heartburn so I have to take tums in the middle of the night)

Taking so many pills makes me feel OLD.

Then again, so does taking a six hour nap in the middle of the day and still sleeping 10 hours that night. Clearly, the pills are not working as well as they could.
