You guys are making me feel so much better about my Howard Hughes regimen of supplements! (I say, having just taken my calcium/magnesium).
My medicine cabinet looks like a health food store's supplements aisle. I don't take everything in there every day, but for many, many purposes, I'm ready and able to supplement. And then there's the stuff I not so subtly leave out on Daniel's desk for him to use.
