What's the difference between hand wash and body wash? I think just the price, but any thoughts?

I think I'd expect hand wash to have more moisturizer, but I have no idea if that's true.

Hand wash is more likely to have specifically antibacterial agents such as triclosan than body wash. Body wash may have more moisturizers, depending on the features it advertizes. As proper handwashing technique plus ordinary soap is quite effective at removing germs, whereas anti-bacterial soap minus proper handwashing technique doesn't really get the job done, there is some debate about how useful it actually is. In a pinch at the group homes, I've happily used liquid hand soap, body wash, and shampoo interchangeably and been satisfied with the resulting level of hygiene.

I think I would expect a hand wash to work a little harder/be a little harsher - more likely to be anti-bacterial. A hand's likely to get dirtier/germier than, say, a shoulder.
