[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

That's ridiculous, Ginger.

I have a craving for a pizza bagel. I didn't even like pizza bagels when I was a kid, and I can't remember the last time I ate one. Yet, for some reason, my brain really wants one.

Our wings are not tired.

I am picturing the fruit and veggie angel on one shoulder and the pizza bagel devil on the other, Hil. Are you doing the mega green diet to potentially help your disagreeable joints, or just for the general healthy reasons?

Now tagless for your comfort.

Jilli, True Blood is decent, vampire fun.

Just for general healthy reasons. Losing weight does take some pressure off the joints too, though. Mostly, it's kind of a combination of me kind of needed a jump-start to eat more vegetables and stop having spaghetti for dinner nearly every night, because I know that I can be healthier than this, and a beach trip coming up at the end of the month.

I'm mostly just confused by this pizza bagel craving. I don't even like pizza bagels! I was the weird kid at summer camp who'd make a peanut butter sandwich on pizza bagel days. It would make more sense if I were at least craving something I like.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Eric and Pam, both.

Hil, maybe some tomato juice would help assuage the craving? Unless it's just your body crying out for starch in the craziest way it can think of. Bodies are like that, all irrational.

Craving the starch sounds like it might be it. But since too many carbs is what I'm trying to get myself off of, I think I'll just wait until the craving passes, since I'm not actually hungry. Just can't get my mind off pizza bagels.

Yeah. I can sometimes trick myself with a little tomato flavor in that situation. See, body? It's pizza. Shut up.
