So, they are Real in the same token that makes True Crime potboilers look realistic?
Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Does anyone else watch Real Housewives?
I often get sucked in while putting Frisco to sleep. (The TV is the only thing that keeps me from falling asleep myself.) It's a tacky show but it's hard not to watch in a train-wreck sort of way.
Well, the first one was Real Housewives of Orange County, which started soon after the show The OC did, so they were "real" in the sense of "not actors."
I am definitely sick with Drew's F2F cold. Sleep aids did nsm aid, and now I feel like death warmed over. Must perk up for brunch with uncle and then plan to slounge around in bed all day.

{{{Kristin}}} Feel better.
Like I said, I might just be cranky.
I will say that I *loved* the RH of Atlanta. They seemed more real to me than any other group.

We need Cabana Boys with restorative soups and teas and gentle back rubs.

I must confess that, not having seen the show, the title had made me assume that it was a docusoap type show about real people from the same rich-bitch social background as the characters on Desperate Housewives, rather than a show about typical, or normal housewives.
It is and I'm sure that reasonable, rational, intelligent people (such as Buffistas) know that it's not really honest true housewives, but I'm cranky and have chosen this as my thing today.
Down with rich housewives! A pox on their Prada!
