I've found that a lot of the "fancy" chocolate-covered strawberries I'll buy (and spend mucho bucks on) tend to be a bit dried out. One of my co-workers is an admin for the department next door, and if they're having a big meeting, a lot of time she'll bring in homemade goodies, including chocolate-covered strawberries that are juicy, sweet, and just wonderful!

So that problem with the bum checks? I spoke to my bank over the phone today, and they're filing a claim against the charges, closing the old account, opening a new account and basically doing a bang up job of taking care of it.
