Ooh, that is a gorgeous dress! I think if you want to evoke the flapper look the dress suggests, the other thing you could look for is a dressy flat or low-heeled Mary Jane.

Aims, I don't think you are going to like the bus bathroom.
We have to use the bathroom at the ball fields quite frequently. I've learned to close my eyes and breathe through my mouth. And I've heard that the MegaBus is very very different from Greyhound. For one thing, Double Decker!! I'm going to talk myself into believing I'm on the Knight Bus.
I booked the tix. It might suck a whole lot on the way home, but then again, it might be fun. We shall see.

MegaBus buses are much nicer than Greyhound. On the double deckers that run to Minneapolis, on the ground level there are some sets of four facing seats with a table in between that might be a more managable setup for that length of trip with Em. You'll want to make sure to be as close up in line as possible to get them. (If you're checking luggage, have one of you do that and one of you get in the seat line.)
