[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

At least you're not a lesbian, Sean? Then you'd find out that every girl you meet has already dated your ex or your best friend AND is not interested in you. Or worse, wants to stalk you, and thereby cause lots of drama. Or something.

Am in Alaska! It is 10PM here and still quite bright outside!

I feel awful for Drew, gaah. Am crossing fingers to not have that sort of bad luck anytime soon, but I know I"m overdue for it.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

How's Alaska, meara? I've wished to visit there a time or two.

Well, I'm in Anchorage. Haven't looked around much (my flight was delayed--luckily, the passenger got sick before we took off, rather than once we were in the air!), had dinner with a friend. The mountains are very close, unlike the ones in Seattle, which are more at a distance. I'm hoping there are fewer clouds in the morning, so I can see more.

Ha! I know, I could have it worse. Although I can't tell you the number of times I've been chatting with a woman, getting along great, decide it's time to ask her out, and the response is "Oh! Sorry, I'm a lesbian."

The status is NOT quo.

Drew has now arrived back at LAX and is driving home, 18 hours after he left this morning.

He's catching a flight first thing tomorrow morning to Orlando. In theory.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

More times than not, this has happened to me.

Drew, I hope you get some rest. Good luck tomorrow!

I should be in bed. Tomorrow starts the testing of the new sound system in the new theater. Should be interesting.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

That's pretty good. Reminds me of the backwards episode of Red Dwarf.

“Not dead yet!”

Jesus-- better travel ~ma for Drew this morning.

Poor Abby had a rough night last night-- something upset her stomach and she got good and sick. Not enough coffee to make up for cleaning a bathroom at 2:00 AM.

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

Yorkshire Tea! For Yorkshire water!!!

Where it is at its best. Never tastes quite so good in London.

NoiseDesign, that flight screw-up sounds utterly horrendous. I hope you get somewhere, and at least get some rest before work.

Barb, I hope Abby feels better soon - that's nasty.
