Busy day today, but I'm having a pretty good day (even while dealing with sort of stressful stuff). And no matter how good my day is, swimming through tons of birthday calls, b.org posts, facebook posts, texts and tweets has kept a smile on my face all day long.

I think I need to call the vet about Maddie. She doesn't jump well. She can jump down well and jump from the window to the bed. But jumping from the floor to the arm of the sofa...not so good. She kinda scrambles up. Or tries to, I think she was better at it when she was a kitten but now she's heavier and can't really pull herself up.
There's not a ton of places for her to jump and I noticed it but thought maybe she'd grow out of it.
Also her whiskers are crumpled and some are broken off. I have no idea if that's related.
Any thoughts on what could be wrong?
