'Out Of Gas'

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Thanks, everyone! I just got back from a small birthday gathering for thessaly. Still no word on the baby's name etc. So, I probably won't hear until tomorrow. Of course, I already bought him and his big sister gifts ages ago.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Congrats, sj!

Hi, all! How are my Bitches?!

meara - May 27, 2009 4:49:45 pm PDT #11205 of 30000

We met today, and she asked me all sorts of weird questions like "What name did you know her by?" and "Does she have contact with non-U.S. citizens?" and "Is there anything about her that could be used to blackmail her?" I guess if you want to work for the government, you need to know fifteen people who can answer "No" to that question.

Hah! Living in DC, I've had SOOOO many friends who listed me for those. Ridiculous. Though my favorite was my friend N, who was applying to work at the CIA, and his interviewer asked us all "what is N's favorite drink?" We all answered "gin and tonic" and then wondered, amongst ourselves, if it's really GOOD that everyone knows your favorite drink that well. I mean...seriously...should we all have answered "lemonade"? Or different things? I mean, I drink different things at different times! Does that make him sound like a lush??

That is only because no one woke me up at 1 AM (thank goodness). Poor thing was in labor for about 16 hours.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

She asked me about her drinking habits and whether I knew of any illegal drug use.
