Kat, as a matter of fact, my computer just became nice to me, since I've deleted the problematic-to-it references, and went on to edit my abstract, which, as you very well know, is only possible thanks to the computer and the people-on-the-other-side-of-the-screen.
Hmm, since that worked so well, can you ask for a time machine, next?
Dear Universe,
Please provide a time machine for Nilly! And if that is impossible, as I suspect it might be, can you provide a sense of calm and productivity and I-can-do-this-ness?
Thanks.
Kat
I just sawed off 3 inches of the tv table legs. An improvement.
And holy cow!
Phelps got 8!
Teeth still funny.
Wow, how lovely to see Grace and Noah playing together. Such wonderful babies.
I have two naked kids right now. They went out and played in mud in the garden so I gave them a bath, and now they are just chilling, but like so many kids they prefer to chill in the buff.
Noah and Grace are Twinsies after all!
Pictures have killed me dead.
Wow. That 4x100 medley relay was extremely exciting.
(And NBC has STILL no shown the finals of the 100 M sprint. I was going to call it the "dash" but I guess we don't call it that anymore, huh?)
You know what is weird to me? Knowing all about certain athletics as I am the laziest person ever. I had exposure to running and triathalons and whatnot, but I am by no stretch of the imagination an athlete. But I know a little enough.
What I like seeing after the 100 M dash is how multiple people were so happy with how they did!
WOOT WOOT! I heard back from the college board! My syllabus has been approved. That's one less thing to worry about. (and it's probably not a big deal, but it sure stressed me out).
Middle school kids know that the word din means noisy, right?
