(With the caveat that it has been over a decade since I kept kosher for Passover or lived in Maryland, so take any info I have on either with a very large grain of kosher salt.)

Yes. We discovered this after I missed 21 days of school in 8th grade. Mom wouldn't let me go, because fever! Then, it turned out, after seeing 500 specialists, I was finally sent to Mayo Clinic, and my amazing doctor there discovered it was severe allergies, and with severed allergies, you can run a fever.

I don't think the allergies are giving her a fever, really, but if she's like me, the allergies (and post-nasal drip, ick, blech) can turn to infection. But she's never run more than a 99 or 100 for a day or two, which is more *elevated temp* than *fever* in my book. So. Mostly we've just got her on decongestants. I've been stuffy and coughing for a couple weeks, too.
Stupid tree sex.
Hopefully in May, we'll be down to visit the folks, so! Once we get plans in place, I'll let you know so we can get together and plot world domination hang out.
