Yep. Know that area. Used to get my weekly comics growing up at the Red Lion Smokeshop when it was on Washington, but I've heard it has moved...
Nope, the Red Lion's still there, but a Harrison's moved in on Essex and it's a much better comics store. No cigars, though.

I was wondering what caused a million posts. Nothing like shoe pron AND real estate pron to get y'all worked up.
What's even hilariouser is when he learns what are furries and plushies while he's on a panel at a con with other SG:1 cast. You Tubeomg! That is HILARIOUS! I was laughing so loud, a co-worker popped in the office to say "keep it down". Oops. But totally worth it.
Speaking of the Pope, I still grin whenever I think about the fact that my rental gear will spend two weeks on the plaza of the LA Cathedral for Shakespeare Festival again this summer. Why do I grin you ask? Funny you should, it's because it has "Diablo Sound" all over the road cases.That was the best part of that gig. Made me smile every time. I hope the stencils are nice and big this year. The stickers were far too subtle.

hee! I just found a flip-book somebody at work made on a post-it pad. Stick figures doing battle with magic. In the end the loser disintegrates into a mushroom cloud. It's in the back of the pad- I never would have noticed if I hadn't bobbled it as I picked it up and it flipped open. It feels like a surprise gift from an imaginary friend.
