And a little bit ago. Not the best shot to show off the streakiness, but it's okay. I'll try to get a better picture in the sunlight tomorrow. (What I didn't say in the photo description is that my dopey expression is due to some enthusiastic amorousness on The Boy's part about 45 minutes before the picture was taken. Apparently yes, he *really* likes me blonde....)

DH surprised me by taking some of my own artwork in to have it framed and matted. And he took my favorite poster--the first folio poster that I got at The Globe Theatre in London--and got it matted and framed, too.

Fay, I almost encouraged such an endeavor once upon a time, without realizing it was so NO, which is why I spoke up. I wasn't aware at the time. I felt bad, and just didn't want anyone else to fall into that puddle.

I think it was more the price that inspired her interest. She has $3,000 to spend right now and I can't contribute until I get the house sold. Of course, she wants a car NOW. So......yeah.

I treated myself to a mani-pedi after work and feel marvelous. Add in the TJ's shopping spree, resulting in raspberry brie filo in my oven RIGHT NOW, and I'm a pretty happy camper.
