Anybody can be a prop class clown.

Spike's Bitches 40: Buckle Up, Kids! Daddy's Puttin' the Hammer Down.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I think teenagers booing an absent dean or principal is not only normal but pretty healthy. I'd rather have people suspicious of authority. And anybody in authority should understand that's a part of the gig. It's not personal. It's the role. As Trudy notes, even a well-liked principal or Dean is going to get razzed.

Todd, feel free to grace us with pictures of your pretty self.

Tep, I think you should get an actual vertabrae and build a little shadowbox for it. Like we did for Emmett's nose cast.

Sean, buck up li'l buckaroo.

MM, move back to California before your soul shrivels up like Cheney's anus.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Because I am defending the use of comic books in the classroom as a legitimate and useful tool in promoting literacy and language arts.

This is awesome, Aims! It used to drive me crazy when I worked at the bookstore when parents would only let kids read "real books" instead of what interested them. It never seemed like a good way of encouraging children to enjoy reading.

trying out shiny new name

It is very shiny!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I don't remember who came up with it, but I know it was a Bitch!

It was me! Praising one of your anime haircuts. (I'm pretty sure.)

Our wings are not tired.

Sean, many hugs to you.

Love the new name, Glam!

I love to boooooo umpires and refs. I have never boooed a member of any team of which I am a fan. I HAVE booed pro players who have been thrown in jail for beating up their wives/girlfriends (Brett Myers, Lawrence Phillips, Wil Cordero, etc). Actually, I banned the 49ers from my brain the entire time they had Phillips on staff.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Glamcookie, what was your previous name? Did it perhaps also involve cookies, cookies of a more morose nature?

Yes, can you please put your old board name in your tag, so we know who you are, GC? I don't want to become confused and forget, you crazy name-changer.

Well see some name changes don't need taggage. Like Aims. I actually didn't realize at first she *had* changed it, my brain just translated on its own.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I've been Laga since my first day on the internet. Anybody remember initgame?

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Huh, I thought it'd be totally obvious. Adjusted tag.

GC I was just asking for clarification. I didn't want to assume.
