Angel: You're lying. Gwen: I'm fibbing. It's lying, only classier.

Spike's Bitches 40: Buckle Up, Kids! Daddy's Puttin' the Hammer Down.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

No, I don't think I will - me, quoting Captain Steve Rogers, to all of 2020

I immediately heard this in Sententious Announcer voice.

A SUMMER...WITHOUT END...

A SEASON...WITHOUT CHANGE...

ONLY ONE GROUP OF INTERNET-SAVVY OUTSIDERS CAN SAVE THE DAY...AND BRING THE FALL.

THE BUFFISTAS IN: TURN, TURN, TURN.

Coming this summer.

No, it's got to start with the very ominous "IN A WORLD WHERE THE SUMMER NEVER ENDS . . . IS A CHILD WHO SHALL NEVER SEE THE FALL . . ."

Or something like that.

Oh, MM, I put your Call Center Hell sketch up as my computer desktop picture. My co-workers snickered, my supervisor frowned uncertainly. I've replaced it with a picture of a diamond-encrusted skull. It's even more fun to tell Uncertain Supervisor that "Skulls make me happy."

Sometimes."

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Good plan! I approve!
Me too!

Need a place to crash when here?

Oh! The newspaper features a "Cat of the Week" from the local cat rescue organization, and this week's cat apparently "is very laid back, loves attention and will sit in your arms forever."

That sounds adorable! But, well, no. My neurotic, standoffish, and occasionally randomly bitey cat would probably kill it.
