[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

The Boy has no idea what lolcats are, so he's not familiar with the "invisible [whatever]" meme; but when he saw the Gentlemen for the first time, he made that comment based on their floatyness.

Ann, that's a ferret.

((((Susan and family)))) If you'd like some observations on caring for a parent with cancer, let me know. Profile address is good.

Yay, Byron! Isn't it wonderful seeing them bounce back like that?

Best gay in history? Not sure, but having to ask "is/was s/he or not" is a severe blow to anyone's qualifications. I do nominate William Haines, hero of my favorite real-life Hollywood love story.

There's a famous photo of Grant and Scott in trunks, sitting poolside at the house they shared together with their arms around each other's shoulders.

I should not be having these kinds of thoughts at work.

Now tagless for your comfort.

BWAH! I am laughing through the gronk this morning. Liv woke me up at 4:30 a.m. and would NOT go back to sleep. Until 8:30 a.m.--after Owen was up and I coudn't catch a nap.

At 9:30 the doorbell rang. I answered it in my sweats, bedhead and with a confused look. The woman from the Birth to 3 program and I had made this appointment two weeks ago and I completely spaced it. I felt like a giant ass. She graciously offered to reschedule.

I need a shower.

Oh, Fred, that William Haines story is lovely! I'd seen some of his pictures (I love old movies), but didn't know the history.

I love that his last film was "The Marines Are Coming"
