ION, I need to stop reading the fertility/conception books/boards. I'm getting paranoid about how I eat, my age, my fertility in general and I haven't even begun nor did my doctor tell me anything but positive stuff. I'm taking my prenatals, am on decaf coffee (this was friggin' hard), walking in the evenings, and trying to eat better. Enough already!

GC, listen to your doctor and avoid the crazy-making information on the internet. I freaked myself out last week by doing some googling on Spina Bifida and pregnancy. I don't plan on doing that again. No, I'm not pregnant and don't plan on being so for a while.

GC, I think you should pick one board with reasonably sane discussion (and a minimum of glowing emoticons, if that can be managed--sometimes a challenge on the mommy corners of the internet) and avoid the rest.

ETA and the diet in WTEWYE is just there to make you feel guilty, IMHO.
