I never knew your hair fell out.

Man, I might be a little tightly wound. The phone rang and I threw the mouse across the desk (not in anger, just startled.)

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

my hair fell out (or more correctly broke off) when I was a soph in college and bleaching my own platinium roots. I had product in my hair when I do my roots once and that combined with just really damaged hair led to it all breaking off at about 1-2mm down the middle of my head. A bit of a reverse mohawk. I had handfulls of hair when I rinsed out the bleach.

I no longer need to destroy Dallas.

At least, not until next time, and I don't doubt there will be a next time.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

You're sort of like Godzilla, Shrift, but with mercy and really great hair.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Thank you for sparing us shrift! Shall I save a seat at the bar for your slounging pleasure should you have to come down and smite in person next time?

Or is this nasty coldness your doing?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I just saw on Smart Bitches Trashy Books that there's going to be a LOLcat book, shephered by our own Agent Kate! (OK, so she's not my agent, but she gets to be our communal agent, right?) She was telling me over the summer she wanted them to do a book!

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Damn. I have to work at the bookstore tonight. We were deader than dead last night, so I was hoping they wouldn't need me tonight, but someone is sick, so I have to go in.

Bleah. And, I haven't been able to find anyone to cover my Saturday shift yet, so I might have to reschedule my Comcast installation and work the full 8 hours, too.

Oh, and I just found out from my full-time boss that, in spite of my talking to her somewhat casually about maybe taking a few weeks off around Easter to vacation with my mom, she managed to forget that conversation, so when I mentioned our much firmer plans and times a few minutes ago, she was all "Oh, I don't know if you can take that time off at all--all this stuff has to get done..." Goddamnit, everyone else there manages to take extended vacations with few problems, why can't I?
