sometimes I still have weird moments realizing that you have a government name that's not shrift.
Uhhh, if I ever met shrift, I don't think I'd be able to call her anything but. Which is funny. I don't know if anyone has called me sarameg outside the box. I called meara meara most of the time, I think.
(it's funny, I really love sarameg and would probably answer to it, but it still is a box name to me. Though I wouldn't mind it manifesting in the meat world at all.)
We're getting thunder here. So cute!
Wah! I envy you thunder. I mean, I know I get it more than you, but by god, I miss NM's regular thunder. One of my favorite weathers.
we're getting thunder?
Too bad I'm trapped inside at UCLA!
shrift, what a cute cut! I am envying your bare nape and I think you might inspire me to get my own hair cut.
Salma Hayek, post partum = even bustier!
It's just baby thunder.
I'm sitting here at my desk with my laptop perched on my scanner so I can use it and my desktop PC at the same time--I'm IRCing on the laptop, and remote desktopping into work on the desktop.
Technology is cool.

seriously. I totally agree.
Heh. Well, thanks to buffistas (and I'm happy about it), I generally answer to meara in person.
I habe been drinking!1! Long day of depositions, short evening of margaritas.
Jesse, I asked b/c I had done an evaluation of a judge in Queens for his reelection, for a Bar association. I was curious whether that was (a) the same judge or (2) the same court.
ita, I can't imagine how it prejudices the plaintiff to replace "may" with "will." It may keep the cops from being less than firm about it.
I was curious whether that was (a) the same judge or (2) the same court.
And?
BTW, the court building is really quite nice. It's new and airy, with modern columns out front.
