Lorne: Snakes? Uh-huh. And they came out of your what? Okay. Okay, well, did they get up there themselves or is this part of a, you know, a thing? No, I'm not judging...Do we fight snakes? Angel: Only if they're giant. Or demons. Or giant demons. Are they giant demon snakes? Lorne: Well, unless this guy's 30 feet tall, I'm thinking they're of the garden variety.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I just had a brilliant idea. So I'm going to get my hair cut tomorrow. L (who gave birth last saturday) also has gone there and liked it, but not recently due to financial priorities. So...I'm thinking I buy her a gift cert. Enough to cover cut and color or cut & mani/pedi or cuts for her & her kids, whichever she prefers. She's on mat leave for a bit, and I can offer to babysit-or-mind if she wants him with her.

I LIKE.

Lee, congratulations! New jobs are awesome!

What I'm doing? Getting up way to early tomorrow to drive up to mountain view. Going to a hockey tournament in San Jose. Seeing friends.

Good gift, sara!

When we picked Noah up at daycare, C, the provider had him in an exersaucer. "He loves this! Does he use the one you have at home?"

"Um. We don't have one."

"Really? I put him in and he immediately bounced, swiveled and continued to move around, looking for more toys."

Well, we know have an exersaucer. She's right. HE LOVES IT.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh, you guys, where are the awesome baby stores again? I just remembered a good friend is having a baby in a couple of weeks, and there's apparently no shower, so I'd better get on the stick myself!

What do you want to get, Jesse?

And is this a go to the store or internet order?

Oh, I guess I could go to an actual store. Maybe this one: [link]

Here's my problem: I have issues with the $25 onesie. (cheapness issues) But they're so cute!

(OMG, holy crap, Sons and Daughters has $45 onesies!! Forget that!)
