I read it in someone's report from whatever con was last weekend. Either Jim Beaver or someone else said it -- I don't think Jensen was actually there. And that was about the extent of what was said, too -- no other details.

I have never been so glad to be out of the loop in a fandom. This time last year I knew all the meta news, but what a difference a year makes. I remember seeing the video of the boys getting the presentation and how proud they were. I feel sick thinking about it being a hoax. I hadn't heard anything and had no idea this had happened. At least it ended well. Fandom...my mind just boggles.
I'm so grateful that I have a safe haven here to squee.
WTF? - SPN gets only a midseason pickup and moves to the earlier timeslot? Reaper gets the full season pickup and gets the later timeslot???!!

Also, is that schedule implying that Smallville is getting a shortened season? Because I am down with that, if it's true. Even though, again, I thought they'd picked it up for a full season.
