You got all kinds of learnin' and you made me look the fool without tryin', and yet here I am with a gun to your head. That's 'cause I got people with me. People who trust each other, who do for each other, and ain't always lookin' for the advantage.

Texting has one purpose for me -- meeting up with people in a crowded and/or noisy place. Much easier to text "At [insert random place name here]", then to stand in a bar with "Pour Some Sugar On Me" blasting in your ear while you yell "what?" into your phone.

Hey sarameg, happy birthday to you. You do realize I will never be able to forget the date of your birth.

Also, guess who's sitting on the couch right next to me? NOAH! I tell you what!

Sometimes I'll text a thank you if I've just been out with new people or people I don't hang out with.

I also texted less close friends after my uncle died. It just seemed easier than having the same conversation over and over.

Texting is one of those super casual things for me. I use it mostly for person can't pick up phone right now.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Yay, Kat!!!!!!!!

There are times I just don't need to have a whole chat with somebody. "We meeting at 8?" "Yep." That kind of thing.
