Kat, that's most excellent (and terrifying in the good way) news.
What songs should I download from iTunes to include? The only thing I can think of right now is "Take Me Out to the Ball Game."
The Steve Goodman song "A Dying Cub Fan's Last Request" (as Hec suggested), as well as his promotional song for WGN radio "Go Cubs Go" and his version of "Take Me Out to the Ball Game" are all available on the compilation CD set No Big Surprise.
Oh, and I meant to say, "Yay, Noah!!"
So glad to hear Noah's coming home soon, Kat.
It is good news and terrifying news. The discharge orders, though, were written for Noah but on another baby's paper. Which is no big, but it means they need to be rewritten. Apparently Noah has several meds he will be on and most need to be compounded by hand.
Life is going to be even more interesting.
Now if we could get Grace back into the flow and out of the little nothing-by-mouth eddy she is in I'd be grateful.
Exciting and scary news, Kat.
And don't forget John Foggerty's "Put Me In, Coach."
aka, the aforementioned "Centerfield."
Sorry, Jesse. I didn't realize I had skimmed past your suggestion.

Are you filled with shame? Or maybe you have other more important things in your life?
Like, I don't know, maybe a baby in your house soon? That'd be good.
Oddly, Noah going home means I'll get oodles of Grace time! I'm so excited and making a reading list and rehearsing lullabys.
Um. I wonder if I should change my username, just in case more people than my mom and you guys buy it.
That'd be weird.
