What you did to me was unbelievable, Connor. But then I got stuck in a hell dimension by my girlfriend one time for a hundred years, so three months under the ocean actually gave me perspective. Kind of a M.C. Escher perspective, but I did get time to think.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

This waxing/shaving conversation has served a wider public service--considering I've got a trip to Hawaii coming up in two months and the GROOMING is being discussed and various treatments being weighed. I thank you all.

if you've never waxed before, I caution you. i went on a trip with A Boy, and decided to wax. It was fine for the trip, but after three or four days went by, it started to regrow, and it itched like a MOTHERFUCKER. Like, I seriously thought I would go insane in a meeting once. I was literally sitting in a client meeting thinking "I know that this could cost the client money, but could you just shut up so I can go scratch my goolie?" AWFUL. But, YGMV.

The evil is this way?

Is it legal to use all those likenesses and properties for your own profit?

I'm thinking no. Unless he got permission or can show that it's a parody of some sort, I think he's looking at a cease and desist order.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

By commuting Libby's prison sentence only, and leaving intact the conviction and fine, Libby is still entitled to appeal his sentence and likely can assert the Fifth Amendment.

I haven't researched this but it seems unlikely he would appeal, and if he lets the period to appeal the sentence lapse (90 days ETA: 45 days after filing the notice) a 5th A claim on those grounds would leave him SOL. Still could claim it on the basis of some other prosecution though, which would make the commutation moot.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

My mom posted a message to the EW thread thing.

How freakin cute is that?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I can see an argument for parody. But it's possible I'm conflating amusing with parody.

Okay, work day #1 done. Now to second job.

I think that he has a legitimate parody claim.
