if you've never waxed before, I caution you. i went on a trip with A Boy, and decided to wax. It was fine for the trip, but after three or four days went by, it started to regrow, and it itched like a MOTHERFUCKER. Like, I seriously thought I would go insane in a meeting once. I was literally sitting in a client meeting thinking "I know that this could cost the client money, but could you just shut up so I can go scratch my goolie?" AWFUL. But, YGMV.

I'm thinking no. Unless he got permission or can show that it's a parody of some sort, I think he's looking at a cease and desist order.
By commuting Libby's prison sentence only, and leaving intact the conviction and fine, Libby is still entitled to appeal his sentence and likely can assert the Fifth Amendment.
I haven't researched this but it seems unlikely he would appeal, and if he lets the period to appeal the sentence lapse (90 days ETA: 45 days after filing the notice) a 5th A claim on those grounds would leave him SOL. Still could claim it on the basis of some other prosecution though, which would make the commutation moot.
