Bush commuted Libby's prison sentence.

Why am I NOT surprised?
Why do I keep being surprised by the ridiculous bullshit they do?
I'm surprised. I thought he was going to pardon Libby.
I find that using a razor on the bikini line doesn't quite do the job and it irritates my skin. However, I can't even get my eyebrows waxed due to sensitive skin (I had red spots for a couple of days after). Does this mean no waxing for me?
Bikini Line shaving gives me horrible bumps. Waxing does not. YMMV
JZ, right there with ya, on the face punch. Will do it as soon as my goolie stops clenching at the thought of the hot wax. I feel that I might have a default for the Mr. Pickys out there: Dude, do you know I almost died, even getting here? I think I've been through enough, asshole. Oh, I can always tell when "Rescue Me" is on again. I'm all about the "asshole," if not the, you know, asshole. I actually used the phrase "Year-round lifestyle, my bony white crippled Irish ass," yesterday. I think Denis Leary's my real dad.
Allyson, what kind of evil mind would give advance buzz on a BAD review? Nobody would. She's buzzing to write about how much she LOVED it!
Seriously. I had to call a coworker over to tell her, but now I really have to remember not to tell too many other coworkers!
I came home to work more, but haven't yet. Stupid work.
On both networks, adults predominate, but on MySpace, half of the users are age 35 and older, while users age 18-24 make up only 17%. On Facebook, older users make up 40%, with college students (29%) being the next biggest group. MySpace users tilt toward the lower middle classes, Boyd says. ComScore reports that the three lowest income brackets are overrepresented there, whereas on Facebook, the opposite is true: There, the three highest income groups dominate.
My preliminary thoughts -- Had Bush pardoned Libby then Libby could be compeled to testify before Congress. He could not invoke the 5th Amendment and refuse to answer questions because raising the 5th is predicated upon him being at risk for punishment for the actions he would testify about. No risk = no refusal to testify. By commuting Libby's prison sentence only, and leaving intact the conviction and fine, Libby is still entitled to appeal his sentence and likely can assert the Fifth Amendment. Therefore, Bush keeps Libby from prison which would likely lead to Libby flipping on the administration and still shields him from answering questions under oath in public about what went on. Feels a little like obstruction of justice. Sheesh.
Huh. Just found the site of that guy who did the hysterical L&O comic book. Is it legal to use all those likenesses and properties for your own profit?
