That's what it was. Something nutty.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

There was two people in the van, they tried driving the van (looks a bit like an A-Team one, heh) into the terminal. They ramed the doors but didn't get through. It went up in several explosions. The drivers got out and started fighting with people outside the terminal. Both have been arrested.

Doesn't look like anybody died. Third carbomb in two days in the UK.

brillig

Back to the gay talk, I didn't even know such a thing existed in high school. Why, yes, if you opened a dictionary to the word clueless during the 70s, my picture would have been in it. Living in an isolated rural area and never talking about sex with your kids does keep them sheltered.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Congratulations, brenda! I love how the kitchen opens into the living room. And the deck is nice. So happy for you!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Went to Target and DSW, where I spent a lot of time for not much result. I've decided I need more flat shoes for work (stupid bunions), but the "no flip flops" rule in our dress code really means no sandals that go between your toes (per Big Boss), and everything else that was left in my size just depressed me. I did get some Dr. Scholls, which may or may not be work shoes, but should be good for non-work, at least.

Third carbomb in two days in the UK.

Yikes! Although this most recent one seems relativly inept, at least...

Someone used that Imogen Heap on So You Think You Can Dance in the "dance for your life" portion of the competition, and it felt like a really bad choice to me.

Congrats, brenda!

And job-ma, y'all.

Oh, and I have a question for ita (or anyone else, really): How come there are two Jack Carters in the Eureka ads in my subway station?

Oh, the two London bombs yesterday failed to explode, and today's exploded but didn't get into the terminal and it wasn't a big explosion either. They arrested the two Glasgow guys today, so now they get to go after all their friends.

Worst terrorists ever. Thankfully.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Thank you. I keep walking by this and thinking I'm seeing it wrong. I guess they're playing up that it's quirky sci-fi, but if you don't watch the show it looks like he has a twin.
