I don't think it's Elizabeth Edwards taking her to task that's pushed Coulter over the edge—she thrives on conflict. If she wasn't already sailing in mental freefall long ago, I think it's that substantial groups of Conservatives are finally disavowing her as hurtful to the cause and her speaking engagements and publicity ops are starting to dry up.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

And when you do move out, be sure to send the management company (cc'ing whatever rent board or tenants' rights organizations LA County has) both a list of the violations and an itemized bill for all the supplies and labor you contributed to renovating the common area.

Spork the everlasting fuck out of them. Maybe the next time they need a building manager, they'll think twice before hiring someone who apparently has nothing but hatred and contempt for the human race to handle the care, comfort and safekeeping of a building full of them.
