I think Cheney should be waterboarded until he gives up the information the Senate and House wants.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
I'd settle for someone addressing Ann Coulter in the same way that she addresses others.

His heart would probably finally give out first. It's a win/win I figure.
Happy Birthday, JZ!!!
And as Sophia (I think) said above, the same happy wishes to the many I've missed in the past couple of weeks.
It is ridiculously hot outside, and I have a rotten, stinking, snotty, coughy cold. Boo. And hiss. Eh, at least I'm not at work. And you all have been very forthcoming with the interesting links this morning, so I have tons to entertain me as I wallow in my phlegmy misery. Yay?
Somehow, a cold in the summer just seems wrong. Or more wrong than in other seasons.
It's ridiculously hot here, which is the only reason I'm glad to be at work -- no central air at home! No a/c at all, yet, although I guess this weekend I'll cave and put it in.
This morning someone was exclaiming about how terrible it was to be at work on a beautiful day like this, and I was like, "Say what, Swamp Thing? It's soggy and hot and gross outside. Walking three blocks from the bus this morning made me cranky enough to feel like punching a nun."

I don't have a/c in my bedroom and had a very "I'm fucking outta here" epiphany this morning. I can't believe how much I'm paying and I don't have climate control. And my faucet is coming out of my sink. And no sunlight in the LR. Goddammit this fucking city, I am moving to Jersey.
Here's the video. (NSFW, contains the word FUCK).
That's maboy. Thanks Tom.
