Annnd... it's one small step from Buffistas writing the RPS to enforcing it in meatspace.
On the serious subject, is it too early to ask those that understand the workings of the board what a good number of posts displayed per page would be for optimum board health? I'd prefer to avoid effectively threadsucking hundreds of posts at once, but can certainly go up from the default 10 if it'll help out with the resource use issue.
