This is good. Noise controller sounds like a gadget, but controlled noise gets at what you actually do.

Okay, I think the front runner are Controlled Noise and Diablo Sound. Diablo sound really has the best potential for a logo, but Controlled Noise is the better name I think. I might have to register both.
