OK, I'm intrigued by the Tipping the Velvet commentary--I've read the book, and am probably going to go see it during Pride next week (they're showing it like it was a movie, I think on Friday night). Hmm...

Let's see... I've got the last four each of Buffy and Angel, so I'm missing "Lies my Parents..." and "Dirty Girls" (Buffy), and "Salvage" through "Shiny Happy People" (Angel).

Ah - they're ones I think you need, and since they're on their way to you, nevermind. I was just trying to figure out if you were missing more skippable ones. Not that any of them weren't skippable this year, but still, there are things you need to see happen.

For me, it lacks.. heart, I guess is the word

I love the actor who plays Daniel, though--he's all uptight and innocent and he *sings* and it's possible I'm being swayed by my desire to take him home and corrupt him.

How frustrating is it to have the Buffy and Angel finales sitting on your desk, lying there gloating

Frustrating, yes, but on the plus side you don't have to watch an Ats where every character on the edge of the screen mysteriously loses half their head. Seriously, the version of Lullaby they showed on ch.7 tonight would make Tim cry. t /random aspect ratio bitterness

Lurching from one disaster to the next.

Damn, so we are getting another fucking rerun on AtS. What the hell are 7 doing to us?

Willow's been naughty again and again. :)

from [link] ... not sure what the pop-up situation is but since you're all (PC users at least) using either Opera, Mozilla, or Avant Browser, pop-ups aren't an issue ;)

Ficht nicht mit Der Raketemensch!

Weirdly unsexy Pierre et Gillesy images of AH, there. Moving the shooting of women as commodity rather than sex object onto a surreal level.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Are those the FHM ones where she's made up to high heaven and her eyes are frozen open? And she has no curves?

Not my favourites.
