Oooooh!
Just seen my first ever advert for Firefly and I'm very excited. It hits our screens May 12th, and I know we're getting all the episodes, but I'm not sure in which order. I'm assuming the 'correct' order, though.
Yay!

I'm actually rather looking forward to getting your-all reactions to the episodes, because it will be like seeing them all over again for the first time.
According to the listings in this month's Sky magazine, the first episode of Firefly being shown has "the crew of Serenity...involved in a bar brawl." Is that the actual first episode, or the actually-not first episode?
And I too am very, very excited.
That would be the "second pilot" episode, the one they came up with quickly when the Fox execs were underwhelmed by the "Serenity" 2 hour pilot.
That's the one we saw first in N. America, Jars.
Oh, I'm just green with envy. (Granny Smith green, the OTA.) Even if they do appear to be repeating their mistakes with the ep order.
mine!
BOO-YAH!
God, the Smartie argument confuses me. Our Smarties are little round chalky things that come in rolls. Like Pez, but sour, sort of.
Those are called "Refreshers". Lovely.
Those are the only "Smarties" I know, which I have tons of from Easter. I like them, but they couldn't be more different from the Unam version, I guess. I'm not going to get all nationalistic about chocolate...my own fear being I'd eat foreign chocolate and lose all taste for locally available kinds.

That's a passing side-effect, but you forget enough to swallow the American chocolate again. Really. Plus, there's Lindt, Godiva and other fine chocolatiers with retail shops.
And there's the internet.
