No. And yes. It's always sudden.

Buffista Music III: The Search for Bach

There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I think I need to put that on her headstone: "Grooviness embarrasses me."

Does no one else read this and think it's disturbing?! JZ? He is planning your headstone! Look out!

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

JZ? He is planning your headstone! Look out!

Too late. She ran away from the thread when we started all this grooooo-vay talk and will never see your post.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Because my phobias are freaky and random, I should note that it's literally only "groovy" that makes me want to listen from the hall and cry on behalf of the poor person saying it. The verb and gerund form of "groove" don't bother me at all; it's only "groovy" and "grooviness" that cause the pain.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Why am I suddenly sure I am going to be saying groovy the next time I see JZ?

Ann, that's a ferret.

The rate things are going, we may soon need a whole book of lists.

Wait, that's been done.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Boing Boing linked to a mashup project of Xmas songs, so I downloaded, then zipped them up into two convenient YSI links:
