There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

While I'm doing duets, Marianne Faithful in a bareback nun's outfit singing "I Got You Babe" with Ziggyfied Bowie from the 1980 Floor Show.

Bowie allegedly has the edit where you can see Marianne from behind in just her stockings and garters.

Hey we just had our Buffista baby shower and several of you music posters contributed to the car-seat and Baby Bjorn carrier. Thank you!

It was pretty much a snack fest with added champagne, topped off with cake.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

After more than 20 years on the air, the city's only country music station, KZLA-FM, abruptly left the air Thursday and was seamlessly replaced with the rhythmic pop of "Movin' 93.9," which plays artists such as Beyonce, Janet Jackson and Jennifer Lopez.

KZLA's sudden and unannounced demise leaves America's two most populous cities, Los Angeles and New York, without country music stations.

That's weird. I always thought country music had a bigger niche in LA.

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

Eh, mainstream, contemporary country hasn't done well there for years (probably because it largely sucks.) Los Angeles' country fixation tends to be a little retro.

Maybe I'm just influence by my memories of The Real World 2.

I'm not sure The Real World is indicative of the real world.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I'm not sure The Real World is indicative of the real world.

You mean you don't frequently take showers with two women or have affairs with a cameraman who's filming your life?

Dear Shane McGowan,

Thank you for making me smile while doing tedious work.

Love me

Well, yeah, but that's beside the point.

The second I read this:

KZLA's sudden and unannounced demise leaves America's two most populous cities, Los Angeles and New York, without country music stations.

I thought about the country dude (Jon?) from this:

The Real World 2.

So, you are not alone in using the Real World to shape your ideas about the real world, Tom.

I think Chicago has one country station. But just one.
