Angel: Connor, this is Spike and Illyria. Guys, this is Connor. Connor: Hi. umm...I like your outfit. Illyria: Your body warms. This one is lusting after me. Connor: Oh...no, I--I--it's just that it's the outfit. I guess I've had a thing for older women. Angel: They were supposed to fix that.

Buffista Music III: The Search for Bach

There's a lady plays her fav'rite records/On the jukebox ev'ry day/All day long she plays the same old songs/And she believes the things that they say/She sings along with all the saddest songs/And she believes the stories are real/She lets the music dictate the way that she feels.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Since we're on the subject of Song of the Day, I've uploaded one that delighted me intensely as I ran from hither to yon and back again on my lunch hour -- from the Shots in the Dark Henry Mancini tribute album, "Push the Button, Max!" by Del Noah and the Mt. Ararat Finks. Find it in your new Buffistarawk email message....

I knew that topless lady had something up her sleeve. - John Prine

Interstellar Overdrive: [link].

Very nice. The band is just fantastic. That is really what I think. Oh, btw, which one's Pink?

Never too busy for a drive by stupid joke. Actually I am, but that didn't stop me. After the first minute or so of the video I went back to Actual Work Related Stuff & just listened. Had I not seen David G I wouldn't have thought he was playing, which is weird 'cause he's one of the easiest guitarists to recognize. Was I just not paying attention or was the signature sound not developed in 1968?

Now I'm gonna haul my bleary-eyed self home. Three more days to vacation.

I finally got it -- I had to try downloading the damn thing at least four times. I seem to be having Issues with gmail today, or my worksite is. Now I have the full file at last!

It's still stuck in my head. The synth riff is similar to "Dare," which also got stuck in my head easily.
