If you reach back into the mists of time, you may recall Gaylord Fields offering this as a thank you for pledges to his show that year. Please accept our apologies for the delay in getting this to you. The band needed to jump through some complicated legal hoops in order to secure the rights to the nearly 40 songs on this CD. We hope you will find it, like all good things, worth the wait.

The new Tool single, off the new album due out in May, is out TODAY! And they've played it on the radio. I've heard the DJs talking about it in both future and past tense today whilst driving around, but I HAVEN'T HEARD IT YET! I have not been able to time my driving around (typically the only time I get to listen to the radio) whilst the song was actually playing.
For a Toolhead like me, this is absolutely the worst kind of torture.
How's the YLT CD, Tom? I ordered it from their website last week.

Oneida - Each One Teach One
Is Papa Crazy on that one? Can't remember when he left. He's married to my BIL's little sister. He has a country band now. Can't remember what they're called. Can't remember much, including when I got here. I think it was around 10:30 yesterday morning. Time to go sleep for a couple hours before coming back.

Considering that they're taking requests on the phone for any song, and then playing it on the spot, it's pretty fucking amazing.
A few of the songs sound rehearsed. Their version of "20th Century Boy" is almost worth the entire CD for.

BF just got me two Wayne Hancock cds. Fun, twangy hillbilly swing with a wistful undertone, which I am enjoying muchly. Any of you Texas folk seen him live--seems like he would put on a hell of a show.
