I've never tried this, but can't you do that from a terminal window? Like:

or somesuch?

Oh, me too. Of course you can create a workaround using command-shift-4, but if it's a long menu you then have to piece the PDFs together. And as my usual practice was to print CD menu windows 30 seconds before I had to throw them in packages and peal out for Fed Ex, not so much with the convenience.
