I thought icing was Southern and frosting Yankee. Unless it's the other way around. Sometimes I get confused, since I speak both.
oh Tom, that's COOL!
This is the sort of thing that starts flame wars.
Has left the building, drooling and slightly glassy-eyed, in search of a can of frosting...er, icing...
Nifty, huh?Whoa. Just whoa.

I took pictures of *everything*. On a practical note though, I can take pictures of directories again when I burn cds. Which is such a relief.
Thanks!
Okay, one of you Maccers fess up. Me, I've been using Grab to get screenshots, and it's way more work than makes sense. What's this space bar magic?
Try hitting the space bar after doing shift-4-Apple.Oooh!
ita, no idea why but the grab functionality at work doesn't actually function (eta: there's Grab but Screen, Selection and Timed Screen are all greyed). The space bar magic grabs the whole window easy peasy.
'Tis Cool! Though sometimes I don't want the whole window.
I had to look up partial print screens in Windows, since the size of my entire screen often took up so much memory that the system started to wonk out. I'm going to futz with the picture in a graphics app anyway, so cropping isn't a big deal.

I was hacked off when I discovered that OSX removed the "Print Window" feature, dude. Of course, I have two boxes running OS9 on my desk, so it doesn't matter, but still!
