Part of the neighborhood charm, right?

Not when she keeps stealing stuff from the thrift store down the block, sells what she can, then dumps the rest in our garbage can. She could at least take the remnant back to the thrift store. And she needs to stop coming by our place to borrow the can opener or some toilet paper. There's a large grocery store one block away.

connie, maybe Jack Bauer is in town.

Yeah, the news report only says "some kind of explosive." No, really?

You know, I never ate all those Ginja patties.

Ours separated oddly. In a way that didn't seem quite right at all.

Now, I also have an urge for a steak and mushroom pie.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I also have an urge for a steak and mushroom pie.

Can it have puff pastry on top?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Welcome back, Aurelia! I have a quarter, and a CD I need to send you.

There were about 10 minutes today where I honestly thought the computer system here was going to make me cry.

I think I need to do a ritual sacrifice or something. What's a good offering?

eta: I said it in GWW, but it bears repeating: YAY! Allyson!

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Perhaps a whole herd.

But you can't have mine. Our "filing" system makes the baby Jesus crave that cat dish full of gin.

If I only had a brain...

SF obit: 7-Foot-Plus Actor Matthew McGrory Dies. I'm just as glad I didn't see their obit for Long John Holmes.

Can it have puff pastry on top?

Of course. Are there any other kind?

We had the yummiest pies at this place in Te Anau. Now I'd like one served to me right here.

The status is NOT quo.

Kat! Guess what I have a week from tomorrow? New staff orientation.
